Zee Innzof Banff

since the amazing trip last month, all i can think about is my next vacation. where and when? no clue, but it should be in a different continent. it's about time i saw the ocean, goddammit! i love boarding and i miss it already :( coming home i was excited about going to blue again after being out west, but alas...a little accident that happened means i have to wait until next season to experience how baby ontario mountains really are. at school today while counting protozoans, i started talking to a classmate about snowboarding. he suffered a concussion trying to do a 360 off a jump a few weeks back! gah. we traded stores about wipeouts, the joys of riding on powder, our progress over the years, and generally why boarding is so great. a welcome distraction to staring down a microscope, but our talk just made me miss the slopes even more. people at u of t can be so snooty sometimes, so it was really refreshing to have a normal conversation with a stranger.

dad and the boys come home on saturday. pfft...and i always thought i'd go to china before my brothers. ah well, i'm anxious to see the loot they brought back.
